I was able to find some new construction going on, and all but one of these had a SOLD sign in front of them. I'm wondering if they will be still be sold because of tighter lending practices. I bought a house but couldnt get through escrow. I wrote a letter to the government asking for 300,000.00 to help with my down payment since i totally pissed away every dollar I have ever made. They wont respond. HOW RUDE!! BAIL-ME OUT!! PAAAALEEEEEAAASSEEEEE
