Is this different from the PIPE DREAMS mortgage companies were pushing a short year and a half ago? Where were the big banners in the heydays that said:

That banner puzzles me. Is it for Lending Tree mortgage? And why would someone have it on their garage? Do the cheerleaders practice there, too?
It is on a model home and I'm not sure who the mortgage broker is. I wish the cheerleaders would go practice there and the guy with the car alarm that goes off on a every 1-2 hour basis would park over there as well.
