It has been awhile and Howard just wanted to let you all know that he is still very concerned about the real estate market.
Oh, and this is also the time of year that he was born 10 years ago.

Is Howard a rottie/lab?
Were not sure what he is. He is from the Dog Pound got him as a puppy.
He looks like some Rottie and Lab though.
Mutts are great. They are typicaly much more healthy and even-tempered than pure-breds, and they don't have all the weird (usually undesireable) behavior charcteristics that have been reinforced in pure-breds.
Plus, they are cheap to acquire (often no more than the cost of shots and worming), cheaper to maintain because they don't need to go to the vet constantly for antibiotics, etc., and you give an otherwise unwanted puppy a home.
I understand that some people want pure-breds because they use them for work, or they show them, or they have some special affinity for them. But quite frankly, 95% of people who are hung up on getting a pure-bred dog would be much better off with a dog like Howard.
