This is the worst neighborhood I've ever seen. Why? Because of the junk yard and sewer located at the top of the picture. The prevailing winds blow toward those houses that sold in the $400,000 range back in the day. Today, approximately 50% of the houses in this subdivision are in foreclosure.

Sewer Front Property
This is the worst neighborhood I've ever seen. Why? Because of the junk yard and sewer located at the top of the picture. The prevailing winds blow toward those houses that sold in the $400,000 range back in the day. Today, approximately 50% of the houses in this subdivision are in foreclosure.

Developments like this sprang up everywhere across the nation beginning late 2004.
