Why are you guys RUINING my fantasy!? Ever since the housing "boom" started to show cracks at the seams I've wanted to rent in the middle of one of these newly minted neighborhoods and make life miserable for all the homedebtors unfortunate to be around me!
Now it looks like they are beating me to it! Notice sign says "Not a Short Sale" (just a great price).
