Everyone's Favorite Neighbor

Why?

Why? I'd be calling the city to complain as most have rules against this sort of thing.

Argh I hate when people ruin the neighborhood. Have respect for your neighbors. I am not a Nazi and believe that people can parade naked on the lawn if they wish or paint the house a god awful color (yes, at least they PAINTED it!), but I'll be damned if I see this type of crap or trash piling up or the lawn never mowed.

I live in an HOA and people keep leaving Shopping Carts from the nearby market in the neighborhood (gated). I also see others who won't park in their garages and tie up visitor parking areas.

It's ridiculous.

But you should try to understand that "lawn parking" is part of Mexican culture all Mexicans, every
town they've migrated to do this.

Why? Because people are all about me, me, me, and could give a rip about anyone else.

sorry, but lawn parking is not part of the Mexican culture(didn't see it in any books at school in Mexico lol).this is the kind of Mexicans/foreigners they should be deporting, the one's that have no regard for American customs and way of life.me and my family are Mexicans who adapted to the American way of life, allot of the people in the family have become citizens or are in the process of becoming one,we are not like these type of "lawn parkers" who come here flashing their pride and Mexican flag here in the states, and then go to Mexico flashing their dollars and using words like "okay","yeah" or answer their cells and go "hello" you know where I'm getting at right? sure I came here the same way many of them did.but that doesn't mean we are the same.some of us love this country and it's way of life and some are to leech it.as to the lawn parking, well like my grandpa used to say: poor doesn't equal dirty.

Hey Anon,

I never said anything about Mexicans. The majority of my neighbors are Asian. So I guess you make a lot of assumptions.

I don't like illegal immigration anymore than you, but I won't sit here and make racial generalizations and am tiring of it.

Hate to break it to you, but go down South and you see white folks parking their broken down cars on blocks in front of the house. This lawn parking is not a phenomenon that can be attributed to any specific race.

And the "clown house" so many are fond of talking about isn't isolated to Mexicans either. Drive around Glendale or Hollywood, CA and you will see the same thing happening with Russian and Armenians.
