Urban Flair

They seem to never end. This place has been on the market for six months, and no takers. I can't imagine why this place has not sold.
Maybe its the boarded up windows?
Maybe its the dried up lawn?
Maybe its the graffiti on the boarded up window?
Maybe it's in a bad neighborhood?
Maybe they are asking too much?
Maybe the inside is a disaster?

There's even graffiti on the Realtor sign.

It's that time of year again, Brad . . . when all the Christmas lights left up since last year will blend in with the ones that go up and down with the appropriate season.

I wonder what the Christmas light situation will be next April. Will they be more prevalent or less prevalent than last year? The number of houses with out-of-season Christmas lights is probably a pretty good indicator of the health of the local market.

Its not to hard to tell the lights left up from last year to the fresh lights this year. I am looking forward to the crisp Christmas trees in March left on the sidewalks.

The boarded-up window is extra-special. It's nice that the top-part still let's light through.
