I think they over-paid
It's cheap, but still probably $1K or more once she cleans up the lot.

Howard says its a bad buy. He also needs to get out and find some fresh blogging pictures. I will speak to him about that
You were doing a lot of Central Valley pics for a while, but I couldn't tell what connection, if any you had to the Merced, Oakdale, Modesto and Stockton areas. Scary stuff there with the way prices spiked and then fell so steeply.
Aw come on its worth at least $2.50 =)
