Dan K. can't be a badass all of the time. Even he needs a break once in awhile. The water Dan K. is floating in is ICE COLD, straight from the mountains, but that is nothing when your manhood is made of steel and your house is in foreclosure. It helps to numb the pain.

Dream Neighbor

Dream Neighbor...you're just too good to be true.

This washing machine has been out front for the past few weeks, so don't think it is just a take it out and hose it down deal. Oh no...it is a lawn ornament. Plus there is a flattened cardboard box on the lawn. It's like the guy got as far as getting it out of the back of his truck, took it out of the box, and instead of taking it in the house said, "Oh hell, let's just go have a beer."

For Sale

This entire neighborhood is for sale. Want it? Maybe the City would let you rename the cul-de-sac after your name. Not likely, oh well. This street has five of ten houses for sale, and all five are on the same side of the street and in a row. Two of the five are lived in and the other three are foreclosed. Can you say "short sale?" Sad, but true.
