Just thinking of all the work this place needs makes my back hurt. I think I'll keep looking. Even Dan K. would have to pass on this one.

In the bottom picture, are you on a sidewalk or is that a foundation for a partially built house? I think I can see some utility conduits popping up out of that concrete.

What is the school of architecture that makes one house look like seven houses smashed together in no readily-ascertainable pattern?
Admit it. You wouldn't tender an offer due to the lack of x-mas lights.
Very true David and I also know they would laugh at my low ball offer.
I'd pick up a place like this if it was the right price. All the work shown is not that big of a deal to me and I consider myself lazy.
However, since we are not close to the bottom, there is no hurry.
