Retirement
A few years ago I knew a guy who was cashing out and moving to Mexico. In the back of my mind I was thinking hhhhmmm, why would he want to move to Mexico? Now I hear about more and more people leaving the USA and buying in areas like Puerto Vallarta.
My sister has been there several times, and loves it. She takes her vacations there year after year, and I think out of curiosity the next time she goes, which should be very soon knowing her, I will ask her to pick up some real estate magazines for me of "Puerto Vallarta Real Estate"
I am a real estate magazine junky, but if you would rather just see"Homes for Sale in Puerto Vallarta" through the internet you can click the links. Maybe you just want to browse the
"International Real Estate" market.
It can be confusing to buy real estate in this country, let alone thinking about investing out of the country in Puerto Vallarta. The links above should have some very helpful information for you. Maybe you are not in a position to buy now, but it is never to late to think about how you want to spend your retirement years.
If you are looking to retire soon, and have some extra cash laying around, check out some international spots. You never know what you'll find. If that does not interest you, perhaps you could leave me in your will. I would not be mad at you for that. Really. Then I'll be checking out the international market.

Puerto Vallarta is definitely a beautiful spot. The water is crystal clear and you could see all kinds of colorful fish when you go snorkeling. My favorite thing about going to Puerto Vallarta is that I can go swimming with Pacific Bottlenose Dolphins. It's a kick butt experience. We usually stay at the Gaviota Vallarta or the Marsol Hotel but buying an actual vacation home would be a wonderful idea. Renting it out when we aren't there and using it for our own vacations. That would be the life.
Puerto Vallarta is one of Mexico’s liveliest and most sophisticated resort destinations. Stretching around the sparkling blue Bahía de Banderas (Bay of Flags) and backed by lush palm-covered mountains, one couldn’t ask for a better place to while away a cosmopolitan vacation. If it is possible then i will definitely Sell My House here in UK and will get settled there :-)Joke apart!!! But i love this place. Browse in the quaint shops, nosh in the stylish restaurants and wander through the picturesque cobbled streets or along its beautiful malecón is a real fun there.
