I love to follow real estate all over the country, and it seems that one part of the country where the housing seems to be not so bad is Texas. I have even heard recently of a few large companies that are moving to Texas. Housing seems to be fairly reasonable when looking at Dallas homes for sale.
I could spend all day looking at Dallas homes for sale not that I do though.
Texas has always appealed to some part of me. Perhaps it is the wide openness of the state, and the welcoming people who live there. Anytime I have been in Texas, the people are very down-to-earth and friendly. I don't think I could convince Howard and Julie to move there, as they like living near the coast and mountains and the mild California weather (so do I), and they both swear they are never moving again, but I'll keep my eye on some Dallas Real Estate just for the fun of it.

I have seen a very nice blog. I really like this blog. This blog gives to us very good knowledge about fast sell home tips. The second bidder was no longer interested. The buyer who walked away from the first deal later told Allison that he would never try and buy a property again without an agent, as he found the process way too stressful himself. This is very informative blog. This blog is very important for real estate business.

Dallas is definitely a great area. Housing is certainly more affordable than in other parts of the country (although property taxes are higher) and there's something about all the open space that I find appealing.
somone keeps hijacking Howard's site....now we are reading about things like art galleries on it!!...I have heard of Occupy Wall Street, but Occupy Howard's Effer Site???!!
