Almost bought the house with the green pool...but when we looked at it the pool was still crystal clear and the people still lived there. My wife noticed there were cards on the refrigerator with sayings about hanging-in-there when times get tough. It made us both feel bad. I hope they have good things in their future.

It's not that easy Bein Green.
Perhaps you will have to wait until the next wave of panic sets in. Still, it must be terrible for the people who are selling. I hope they recover.
The worst ain't over by far. Hang in there and you'll get a steal... (or a PROPERLY priced home that one can afford....)
