If you've ever been past Yucca, you're probably nodding your head

Almost as bad as Walmart coming to town. Kind of cheapens things.

These signs were alongside the road in Merced, California. Homes there are starting at $190,000, for your basic first-time buyer. However, they are not selling, because most of the peoples of Merced do not make enough to qualify and if they make more then Merced is a good place to leave. Just my opinion...wouldn't want to offend. Ahem.
